Headlining
Cast
The term "headlining cast"
refers to those
pow wow participants who have been selected by the Gathering of
Nations to serve in the headlining positions, such as Head Dancers,
Singers, judges, etc. These people are selected based upon their
particular skill, knowledge and reputation of performance. To be
selected as a member of the
headlining cast is an honor.
