were Native radio personality Darrel Lawrence and actor Irene
Bedard who did an excellent job engaging and
entertaining all in attendance. |

Robert 'Tree' Cody started the night off right with
song and Native flute playing, Tree Cody style.

Nations Women Trio Ulali moved and inspired the sold
out crowd with resounding a cappella music.

| A special
performance by Jay Begaye and his daughter Tenisha and
their incredible harmonic voices was appreciated by
all.

Rio
Grande Singers and Native Roots teamed up for unique,
impressive, and innovative music with Native singers
and drums.

Some contestant talents seen included tanning
hides, traditional tribal games, storytelling,
traditional songs, hula dance, basket weaving, and
more. The judges had a most difficult task with ALL of
the beautiful, eloquent, and talented young Native
women competing. |
