Friday, April 25th
- SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
- 9:00am: Ticket/Box Office open for Ticket Sales and Will Call – Gate 8 (East side) and near Gate 3 (West side) of EXPO NM
- 10:00am:
- 12:00pm: Grand Entry of Dancers inside Tingley Coliseum.
- All Children and Elder 70+ years old dance this afternoon.
- Tribal Unity Demonstration – afternoon grand entry
- 1:00-4:00pm: PowWow Competition Singing and Dancing inside Tingley Coliseum.
- 1:30 pm: Miss Indian World Contestant Public Speaking Competition at Stage 49.
- 2:00pm Navajo Song and Dance – Route 66 corner
- 2:00 pm After public speaking – Tribal Royalty Photo with Miss Indian World will be right after the Public Speaking Competition.
- 4:00 pm: Horse & Rider Regalia Parade begins in front of Tingley Coliseum
- 5:45pm-6:45pm: Gourd Dancing inside Tingley Coliseum.
- 7:00pm: Grand Entry of Dancers inside Tingley Coliseum
- Immediately after grand entry will be the Miss Indian World Dance Competition.
- 8:00pm-12pm: Competition PowWow Singing & Dancing inside Tingley for Adult Dance Categories.
- 8:30pm – Dance Competition for Miss Indian World Contestants (PowWow Arena)
- 8:50 pm – Special Contest for Women’s Appliqué age 15+ Dr. Lita Mathews
- 11:00pm: Stage 49 Performances conclude for the day.
- 12:00am: Gates Close and All Event Activities conclude for the day
Saturday, April 26th
- 9:00am: Ticket/Box Office open for Ticket Sales and Will Call – Gate 8 (East side) and near Gate 3 (West side) of EXPO NM
- 10:00am:
- 10:00 am-11:45am: Pre-powwow performances begin inside Tingley Coliseum. Food court is open all day and the Traders’ Market is open all day
- 11:10am Round Dance/Hand Drum
- 12:00pm: Grand Entry of Dancers inside Tingley Coliseum.
- All Children and Elder 70+ Dance categories dance this afternoon.
- 12:30pm: Stage 49 Contemporary Stage Performances all day
- 1:00-4:00pm: PowWow Competition Singing and Dancing inside Tingley Coliseum.
- 2:00 pm: Red Spirit Motorcycle Procession down Main Street
- 4:00 pm: Horse & Rider Regalia Parade begins in front of Tingley Coliseum
- 4:45 pm-5:45 pm: Gourd Dancing inside Tingley Coliseum.
- 6:00 pm: Final Grand Entry of Dancers inside Tingley Coliseum.
- 7:00 pm: After Grand Entry is the Crowning of Miss Indian World in Tingley Coliseum
- 8:30 pm-12:00 am: Competition PowWow Singing & Dancing inside Tingley for Adult Dance Categories.
- 11:00pm: Stage 49 Performances conclude for the year.
- 12:00 am+: Gates Close and All Event Activities conclude for the year. NOTE: Subject to change based, listen out for PowWow MC announcements.
